the first blog that i read was Miranda's blog. she is taking this class because it is a GE requirement to both CSU and UC colleges and also enjoyed taking the humanites class in the past. she lives about 18.3 miles away from campus and 5 min from petaluma campus. i probably live like 8 min away from the petaluma campus. We both learned that Paulo knew the education was corrupted and his focus was to teaching students. And banking system described pre-selected knowledge that are in kids brains.
Second blog i read was Jennifer's blog. she took the class because of a recommendation from a friend about liking the class. She lives 9.94 from the SRJC campus. We learned that it was very important to know where Paulo was from which was Recife, Brazil. Also we learned that he married his wife Elza which both had good similarties. We both stated that Paulo was meant to be a educator since he was young. He would make a change in the world from his teaching and information he gave to the people.
All the information that we have learned so far relates because it talks about culture in the world with people and each other. All of us learn about each other in this class. We get to know about each other. Some of us may have different cultures and things that we do different from one another but we learn about others and people in our community.
